Welcome to Atrangi - The Modern Indian Kitchen! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (www.atrangi.co) and services provided by Atrangi. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. General Terms

  • Atrangi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

  • By continuing to use our services after changes, you accept the revised Terms & Conditions.

2. Reservations & Bookings

  • Table reservations can be made via our website, phone, in person at the restaurant, or through third-party aggregators such as Zomato Dining, Swiggy Dineout, and EazyDiner.

  • Guests making reservations through aggregators must comply with their respective terms and policies.

  • Reservations made through our website require a ₹100 per person cover charge at the time of booking.

  • Cover charges are non-refundable and non-transferable in case of a no-show.

  • However, the cover charge can be redeemed in the final bill amount by the person who booked and dined as per their reservation.

  • We request guests to arrive on time for their reservations. A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed before the reservation is canceled.

  • Large group bookings or special events may require advance payment or deposits, which may be non-refundable in case of cancellations.

  • If you have a prior booking with any of the above-mentioned methods, your reservation is still subject to the availability of tables at your preferred booking time. In such cases, priority will be given to your reservation over walk-in guests, but you may be allocated a table based on availability.

  • Example: If you have a reservation for 8:00 PM through Zomato Dining but all tables are occupied due to extended stays by other guests, you may be seated as soon as a table becomes available before serving new walk-in customers.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Any reservation cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Refunds for pre-paid bookings or deposits are subject to our Refund Policy, available on our website.

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations.

  • Reservations made through third-party aggregators such as Zomato Dining, Swiggy Dineout, and EazyDiner are subject to their respective refund and cancellation policies.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on our website and menu are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets.

  • Atrangi reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

  • Payments made through aggregators such as Zomato Dining, Swiggy Dineout, and EazyDiner are subject to their respective payment processing terms.

5. Food & Allergy Disclaimer

  • We take utmost care in food preparation, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  • Customers with allergies should inform our staff before ordering.

  • Atrangi will not be responsible for any allergic reactions caused by food consumption.

6. Conduct & Guest Policy

  • We expect all guests to maintain decorum while dining at our restaurant.

  • Any unruly behavior, harassment of staff or guests, or damage to property may result in refusal of service and legal action if necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on www.atrangi.co, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Atrangi and protected under intellectual property laws.

  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

  • By using our website and services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs data collection, storage, and use.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • Atrangi shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to health issues, service delays, or third-party actions.

  • We do our best to ensure accuracy in information provided, but errors or omissions may occur.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If not, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat courts.
