At Atrangi - The Modern Indian Kitchen, we strive to provide the best dining experience for our guests. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for reservations, advance payments, or cover charges.
 

1. General Refund Policy

  • Payments made for dining, catering, or event services at Atrangi are generally non-refundable, except in specific circumstances outlined below.

  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

  • Any refund requests must be made via email at hello@atrangi.co or by contacting our support team at +91 90 777 85 000.
     

2. Reservation Cover Charges

  • Reservations made through our website (www.atrangi.co) require a ₹100 per person cover charge at the time of booking.

  • Cover charges are non-refundable and non-transferable if a guest does not show up for their reservation or cancels after the allowed time frame.

  • However, the cover charge can be redeemed in the final bill amount by the person who made the booking and dined as per their reservation.

  • In case of technical issues or errors during payment, refunds will be processed after verification.
     

3. Cancellations & Refunds for Prepaid Bookings
 

A. Reservations via Website

  • If a guest cancels their reservation at least 24 hours in advance, they may request a refund for any pre-paid amount except the non-refundable cover charge.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time will not be eligible for a refund.
     

B. Reservations via Third-Party Aggregators

  • For reservations made through Zomato Dining, Swiggy Dineout, or EazyDiner, cancellations and refunds are subject to their respective policies.

  • Guests must contact the respective platform for any refund-related queries.

4. Event Bookings & Group Reservations

  • Large group reservations or private event bookings may require an advance deposit to confirm the reservation.

  • Deposits for group bookings and private events are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the event date.

  • Any cancellations made before 48 hours of the event may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to deductions for administrative and preparation costs.
     

5. Refunds for Service Issues

  • In rare cases where a service-related issue arises (e.g., incorrect charges, double payments, or billing errors), guests may request a refund.

  • Refund requests for service-related issues must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

  • Refunds for food-related complaints will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued for taste preferences or change of mind.
     

6. Processing Time & Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request is verified.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or digital wallet) used during the transaction.

  • Atrangi is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
     

7. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events

  • In case of restaurant closures due to unforeseen circumstances (such as government regulations, natural disasters, or pandemics), refunds for prepaid bookings may be considered at the management’s discretion.

  • Atrangi reserves the right to reschedule reservations instead of issuing refunds in such cases.
